Iontosorb CNC
Iontosorb CNC is a reactive derivative of macroporous Bead Cellulose containing chemically bound cyanuric chloride:

The content of chlorine is variable in range 0.3 to 7 %. Due to its high reactivity its chemical stability is rather limited. The sorbent should be used up to 7 days from the date of production. It is also possible to supply the sorbent dried from acetone, the stability of which increases to 14 days, but its porosity decreases. This fact should be considered during using the sorbent Iontosorb CNC in affinity chromatography, where the porosity can be important in immobilization.
