is a chelating sorbent with iminodiacetic acid bound covalently in side chains of bead-form cellulose:
The sorbent has applications not only as a chelating sorbent, but it is especially proper for Metal Ion Affinity Chromatography (IMAC).
Iontosorb IDA 100 is delivered with the following content of functional groups:
